Weather Policy

In the event of heavy rain and/or lightning, play may be suspended or canceled for the safety of all participants. 

The following weather policy, established by Kingsmill Resort, will apply:

1. If the majority of players have completed fewer than 9 holes, each registered player will receive a voucher for one complimentary 18-hole round at a future date, subject to course availability.

2. If the majority of players have completed 9 or more holes, the tournament will be considered official, and results will be determined based on the scores recorded for the holes completed.

All weather-related decisions will be made in accordance with Kingsmill Resort policies and with player safety as the top priority.
